Monthly Payroll Service
PATA Payroll provides a monthly service to help you meet HM Revenue & Customs requirements.
We will produce payslips for your staff, taking into account all statutory deductions and credits, and tell you each month how much to pay the tax office. Each month just send us the details of your employee’s gross pay, or hours/sessions worked for the month, together with information of any other payments due. We will then produce itemised payslips, showing details of employee salaries together with any statutory deductions or credits such as PAYE, National Insurance, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay etc. Use these payslips to make the correct payment to your staff.
We will produce reports showing year to date information for your employees and details of how much you need to pay HM Revenue & Customs.
If you take on new staff, or if staff leave, we will deal with their P46 and P45 forms and ensure they have the correct tax codes.
At the end of each tax year, all employers are required by law to submit Payroll Year End returns to HM Revenue & Customs. This is to show HM Revenue & Customs that you have correctly complied with Government legislation. HM Revenue & Customs is expecting all employers to file their Year End returns electronically (E-Filing) by early as 2010. Penalties will be charged to companies that fail to meet the online filing deadlines.
By 2011, all in-year starter and leaver information will also be required online.

Year-End E-Filing Service
If you want to run your own manual payroll system during the year, PATA Payroll can act as your agent at Year End and submit your annual return on your behalf, to HM Revenue & Customs.
Our Assurance to You
PATA Payroll is a fast, friendly and accurate service provided by people who care about your setting.
We will maintain all appropriate PAYE records as required by HM Revenue & Customs. We use SAGE payroll which has been accredited by HM Revenue & Customs for payroll and on-line Year-End Filing.
The PATA Payroll Service is entirely confidential and we will be responsible for the safe custody and confidentiality of your documents whilst in the PATA office.
