PATA is the largest voluntary sector provider of support to early years childcare and education in Gloucestershire.

If you would like an application form to join PATA,

  • download a printable application form
     
  • e-mail PATA for a membership form.
     
  • ring PATA on 01452 541244  and ask for an application form
     
  • write to the Membership Coordinator at:
