Background

PATA is the largest voluntary sector provider of support to early years childcare and education in Gloucestershire.

PATA was formed more than 18 years ago and provides training, support and information to a range of settings (across voluntary, private and maintained sectors) offering high quality child care, education and play opportunities. The Association currently represents around 13,000 children from 0-16 years old.
 

PATA's work throughout Gloucestershire plays a major part in sustaining local communities and contributes to the county's economic success and the elimination of child poverty and social exclusion.
